What the Law says:

Our body belongs to us and our sexuality also. But this freedom has limits (Civil Code, Criminal Code, and Public Health Code) which aim to protect people.

The law does not set the age from which a person has the right to have sex. Therefore, it does not prohibit two teenagers from having sex if they both agree.

On the other hand, an adult (who has attained the age of 18) is not allowed to have sexual contact (caress, penetration) with a minor under the age of 15, even if the he or she is willing.
